The Little Saint Nick Foundation Brings Smiles to Tampa General Hospital’s Pediatric Center at Healthpark with Over 1,000 St. Nick Gift Bags

The Little Saint Nick Foundation (LSNF) proudly announced the successful delivery of more than 1,000 St. Nick Gift Bags to Tampa General Hospital’s Pediatric Center at Healthpark. This touching event was made even more special by the presence of Mickey Keenan who joined the LSNF team for a hospital tour. Keenan will be sponsoring an upcoming St. Nick Gift Bag packing event at Fort DeSoto School, continuing their commitment to spreading joy to children in need.

Each St. Nick Gift Bag was thoughtfully assembled to offer comfort and joy to young patients and their families. The bags contained a variety of delightful items, including a stuffed animal, a pop-it toy, a coloring book, a pack of crayons, and a handmade inspiration card. A special thanks goes to Jazwares Cares for their generous donation of Squishmallows, which brought extra smiles, and to Bank of America for their hands-on effort in stuffing their own stuffed animals for the gift bags. These heartwarming gifts were made possible by the generous contributions of Bank of America offices, Raymond James Financial, RSM, University of Tampa students, Touchpoint Medical employees, and Focus Forward, who lovingly crafted many of the inspiration cards.

During the visit, Ray Mohler Jr., founder of The Little Saint Nick Foundation, along with his team, had the honor of personally delivering the gift bags to the patients at Tampa General Hospital’s Pediatric Center at Healthpark. This moment exemplified LSNF’s mission to bring comfort and joy to children in hospitals, reinforcing the foundation's dedication to its cause.

A special thanks goes to 4U Medical for their generous donation of six rolls of IV Bag Stickers. These innovative stickers not only conceal the intimidating appearance of IV drips but also feature cheerful designs that help distract and comfort young patients, significantly easing their anxiety. This thoughtful contribution enhances the overall care experience for children in the hospital.

This event marks yet another milestone in LSNF’s ongoing efforts to support children in crisis. The upcoming packing events with PostcardMania, Raymond James, RSM, and Fort DeSoto School will continue to extend this meaningful work throughout Tampa Bay and the nation.
