On December 23rd, the Little Saint Nick Foundation (LSNF) reached an unforgettable milestone by ringing the Closing Bell at the New York Stock Exchange — a powerful moment that symbolized just how far this mission has come.

The date held special meaning. It took place one day before our Founder, CEO, and Chairman, Ray Mohler Jr.’s birthday, making the honor not only a celebration of impact, but a deeply personal reflection of Ray’s lifelong commitment to helping children in crisis.

From One Child’s Heart to a Global Movement

The Little Saint Nick Foundation began 22 years ago with a simple, selfless act. At just six years old, Ray chose to donate his own birthday and Christmas gifts to children in the hospital. What started as one child wanting to help other children has grown into a nationwide — and now international — movement rooted in compassion, empathy, and hope.

Today, LSNF has impacted more than 3 million children and families in crisis, delivering comfort through St. Nick Gift Bags, handwritten Inspiration Cards, and hands-on volunteer experiences that bring communities together around a shared purpose.
