Pack 84 Club Scouts Pack 500 St. Nick Gift Bags for Northwell Health!
What an incredible day of service! Pack 84 Cub Scouts came together to pack 500 St. Nick Gift Bags that were delivered to children receiving care at Cohen Children's Medical Center, South Shore University Hospital, and Peconic Bay Medical Center.
Through teamwork, compassion, and generosity, these young volunteers assembled gift bags filled with comforting items, including a Squishmallow, Pop-It sensory toy, coloring book, crayons, and heartfelt handwritten Inspiration Cards. Each bag will help bring comfort, reduce anxiety, and remind children facing hospitalization that they are loved, supported, and never alone.
This event is a wonderful example of our Kids Inspiring and Helping Kids™ mission, empowering young people to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children in their own community while learning the value of compassion and service.
A very special thank you to Brian Pritchard, Vice President of Ambulatory Services at Northwell Health and a dedicated member of the Little Saint Nick Foundation Advisory Board, for organizing this incredible event and bringing together so many families to support local pediatric patients. Brian's leadership and commitment continue to strengthen the connection between Northwell Health and the communities it serves.
Thank you to every Cub Scout, parent, volunteer, and supporter who made this day possible. Together, you are creating brighter days and bringing hope to hundreds of children across Long Island.
One act of kindness can change a child's day—and inspire a lifetime of giving.
